Rosalia Vila is also referred to as Rosalia she is a Spanish Flamenco music singer. Since she was a teenager, she's been involved with the edges of both popular and traditional music. Additionally, she plays with genres like hip-hop trap, and soul. The flamenco guitar player Pepe habichuela has described her voice as delicate and sharp, but still with the bite of older singers. Her debut album Los Angeles garnered attention from the U.S. public and earned her a Latin Grammy nomination for Best New Artist the follow-up album for 2018 El Mal Querer was a huge commercial and critical hit making it to the top of Billboard's Latin Pop Albums chart and ultimately receiving a Grammy. La Fama was released by the Weeknd in 2021. Her third long-player Motomami collaborated on songwriting with a variety of producers and artists like Cory Henry and James Blake. In March 2022 the set was launched following Saturday Night Live's show Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia was first Spanish artist to perform as a solo performer on the show. Motomami, Rosalia's album that has won the three Latin Grammy Awards also made Rosalia the first female artist to have won the Latin Album of the Year award twice.
